Customize Your Clean
Optional Add-Ons
Any of these can be added to a Deep, Recurring, or Move-In/Move-Out cleaning. Just let us know when you request your quote.
Inside Refrigerator Cleaning
We wipe shelves, drawers, interior walls, seals, and the inside of the refrigerator door. Please empty the refrigerator before our cleaning team arrives.
Inside Oven Cleaning
Detailed cleaning of oven racks, interior walls, oven floor, and glass door. Heavy grease or baked-on buildup may require additional time.
Inside Cabinets & Drawers
We wipe and clean the interiors of cabinets and drawers. Cabinets and drawers must be empty before arrival.
Interior Window Cleaning
Cleaning of interior glass, accessible tracks, and window sills. Exterior window cleaning is not included.
Wall Washing
Spot cleaning or full wall washing based on the condition and paint finish. This service is quoted individually because certain paint finishes can be sensitive.
Blinds
Detailed dusting and wipe-down of accessible blinds. Pricing depends on the quantity, material, and condition.
Garage Cleaning
Sweep, remove accessible cobwebs, and tidy accessible areas. This does not include hauling, pressure washing, organization, or hazardous-material removal.
What We Don't Do
A few clear boundaries help keep our team safe and your home protected.
Heavy Furniture & Appliances
We do not move furniture or appliances heavier than 25 lbs. We can clean behind them if they are moved before our arrival.
High or Hard-to-Reach Areas
We do not clean areas requiring more than a two-step ladder.
Biohazard Conditions
We do not provide biohazard cleanup, including bodily fluids, excessive pet waste, mold remediation, pest infestations, or unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
Carpet Shampooing
We vacuum carpets but do not provide carpet shampooing, stain removal, or steam cleaning.
Exterior & Specialty Fixtures
We do not clean exterior windows, high chandeliers, or inaccessible light fixtures.
Fragile & Specialty Items
We dust fragile items carefully, but specialty cleaning for fine art, antiques, collectibles, and delicate electronics is outside our standard scope.
Condition Adjustments
Rates and cleaning time may be adjusted if the home’s condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.
Our 48-Hour Reclean Guarantee
If an included area was missed, please let us know within 48 hours of your service. We'll review the concern and, when applicable, return to address missed cleaning items at no additional cost.
This guarantee applies to included cleaning tasks and does not cover permanent stains, damage, wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, areas outside the booked scope, or concerns reported after 48 hours.
