What the guarantee covers
If an item that was included in your booked service was missed, contact us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return to reclean that area. The guarantee applies to eligible missed included items.

- Tell us which area or item was missed
- A photo helps us plan the return visit
What falls outside it
Items outside the booked scope are not covered, including add-ons that were not requested, carpet shampooing or stain removal, furniture over 25 lbs, anything above a two-step ladder, and biohazards, pest issues, or mold remediation.
If the home's actual condition differs significantly from what was described at booking, rates may be adjusted rather than covered as a reclean.
Payment after the clean
Payment is collected after the visit once you are satisfied, so you always see the work before you pay.
